TS_Photo120As far back as I can remember I have loved to draw and do art. I have always liked to work with my hands which was passed down from my parents. Knitting, embroidery, crochet, sewing, creating banners, pottery are among the many creative activities that I have engaged in over the years. Many times the art took a back seat because I was diverted into all these other interests.

In 2012 I started taking art classes using acrylics with Pat Megraw. Over the years I had tried most media through numerous workshops and classes but never painted with acrylics. This year (2015) I am back to working with water colors with Pat.

Being a member of the Brantford Visual Artists Guild has rekindled my desire to pursue the arts and has provided me with a venue to show my work, for which I am most grateful.

Some of my art work.
