“Painting is the silent visual music of the soul.” – unknown
Growing up on a farm in Brant county I developed a love of nature. Drawing on memories and life experiences, I strive to illustrate the serenity or the force of nature in my art work.
I work with watercolors, mixed media on paper and have recently started experimenting with collage. I have studied with watercolor instructor Chelo Sebastian at Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant for the past 10 years. My work has been exhibited at Gallery Lumiere, Robertson Fine Art Gallery and Waterford Old Town Hall Gallery. For me, painting is a liberating process.
